Radiator Tube Repair

The base of the tube on this tank was cracked. Put a bead on it and it was air tight again.

Repaired a leaking radiator. Got crushed in at the hose barb and was spraying coolant. Nothing like welding up a dirty roached out brazed radiator. The weld is always dirty looking 😝 – nothing pretty, just down and dirty repair work. #tig #welding not #weldporn #mx #moto – good ol #whitezombie #blacksunshine

Radiator Bracing on a YZ450

Dialed in some simple radiator bracing for Derek Hall’s 2014 Yamaha YZ450. Best time to do them is when you get a new fresh bike! Send em to me and we’ll get em dialed in! Any model or size bike.

Dialed in @hallabib radiators with some simple but efficient support braces. Keep em from folding when pulling a bowers on fools 😬👌👍✊ #tig #welding #fab #mx #moto #motocross
