This YZ85 was smashed in and creased and had a crack on the crease. Stopped the crack, welded it up, popped the dent out.

KX250 Pipe Dent Repair
This 96 model old Platinum Pro Circuit pipe was beat up pretty bad. Smashed in and creased up in numerous spots. I blew out the dents and fixed a hole from someone using the incorrect bolt for the side mount of the pipe.

Fixed this dudes 96 250 #twostroke pipe. Wasn’t worth it, but it’s been revived about the best it can be. Crushed in, dinged up baaaaad. Welded up a seam that split. The rear pipe mount – had a bolt to long put in and punched a hole. Cut off the bracket, brazed it, tig’d the bracket back on….. My #cojones are starting to ache, time for bed. #MX #moto #fmf #fatty ✊ A photo posted by Clayton Miller (@mxpimp47) on
Build up on a part to machine for display
A buddy of mine Jeff Gerrans from 3J Precision needed this display part welded up to join two halves and then he machined it back down. It was to be painted and used with one of the big oil companies around here. Would of liked to see the finished part.
Works Connection Foot Peg Wideners
Welded on some Works Connection foot peg wideners on a YZ250F for a dude.
Race Rig Railing Repair
On top of semi’s and race rig’s they have the observation deck with railing that folds up. One of the rails got boogered up, so I chopped out that section and replaced it. Got it back dialed in.

KTM Subframe Repair
On some of the models of the KTM dirt bikes they don’t weld on the fender mount support very well. Its so lightly tac’d it falls off. So I beefed it up a bit.
GoPro Footy From 3 Palms With Some Crackers
Ripped some motos last Saturday with all the local cats at 3 trees. Was a good day, great weather, great riding, good times. Some bar dragging action, some random dude hitting an invisible kicker and crashing in front of me. All in all, a killer day of moto!
